The Monarch Condos are a sophisticated high end property nestled in the Rocky Mountain High Country of Aspen, CO. The property consists of 14 individually owned units that were built in 2008 in conjunction with the adjacent Limelight Hotel. The Paas/Woolery family developed the property along with development partners after 50 years of running the Limelite and Snowflake Inn. The property was built by RA Nelson and Associates and was designed by CCY Architects.
